  • We service:

    If you can’t see the brand you’re looking for, fill out our enquiry form and we’ll get in touch.

  • Standard Rates ex. GST: Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm

    • $109 p/hour on-site, per technician. Minimum charge is half an hour.
    • $109 Standard Call-Out & Administration Fee (Covers travel time within a 20km radius of Machine Ltd, invoicing, parts sourcing etc.)
    • $1.04c per km — mileage charge outside of a 20km radius of Machine Ltd, on top of the call out fee
    • $109 - Regional Service Fee, for travel outside of a 70km radius of Machine Ltd
    • $29 - Workshop Administration Fee (Applied to jobs carried out at the workshop that don't require a call out fee, and covers invoicing, parts sourcing, etc.)
    • $11.90 — Consumables Fee per job

    For example, if you brought in a machine from home to be serviced, you'll be charged for parts, $109/hour in labour, $29 Workshop Administration Fee, and an $11.90 Consumables Fee.

    Or, if you live in Ponsonby (or elsewhere within the 20km radius of Machine Ltd) and you'd like a technician to carry out a service or repair at your house, you'll be charged for parts, a $109 Standard Call-Out & Administration Fee, $109/hour in labour, and an $11.90 Consumables Fee.

    Or, if you have a machine in your holiday home and you'd like a technician to carry out a service or repair there, you'll be charged for parts, a $109 Standard Call-Out & Administration Fee, $109/hour in labour, an $11.90 Consumables Fee, and $1.04 per km outside of a 20km radius of Machine Ltd.

  • We strive to have your machine back to you within 1-2 days from the booked job date.

  • Not a problem — we can come to you for our standard call-out fee.

  • At this stage we support the Morning Machine.

  • Yes! We most certainly look after commercial kit. Flick an email to our Service Department and we’ll get you sorted.
