We want you to love your gear as much as we do. If something’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition

Proof of purchase is required

Shipping costs are non-refundable
Please note:

We do not accept returns on used coffee equipment, grinders, or cleaning products unless faulty

Special order or custom items are final sale
To start a return, contact us at hello@machineltd.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

Let us know within 7 days of delivery

Send clear photos of the fault/damage

We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund—depending on the situation
Some items may be assessed by our service team before a resolution is offered.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved:

A refund will be processed to your original payment method

Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank
Return Shipping

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty

We recommend using a tracked service—we’re not responsible for items lost in transit
Warranty
Most coffee equipment is covered by a manufacturer warranty—this varies by brand. Please contact us if you’re unsure about what’s covered or need assistance with a warranty claim.
