At Machine Ltd, we specialise in diagnosing and resolving issues with precision and expertise. Whether it's a minor repair or a comprehensive service, our team will get it sorted so you’re all good to go.

Our technicians are all skilled in servicing just about all machine brands out there. If your machine is a Slayer, La Marzocco, Wega, or anything in between, we’ll get you up and running again.

  • We service:

    If you can’t see the brand you’re looking for, fill out our enquiry form and we’ll get in touch.

  • Standard Rates ex. GST: Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm

    • $109 p/hour on-site, per technician. Minimum charge is half an hour.
    • $109 Standard Call-Out & Administration Fee (Covers travel time within a 20km radius of Machine Ltd, invoicing, parts sourcing etc.)
    • $163.50 — 2 Technician Call-Out Fee
    • $163.50 — Emergency Call-Out & Administration Fee (you'll have a technician on-site within 2 hours, guaranteed)
    • $1.04c per km — mileage charge outside of a 20km radius of Machine Ltd, on top of the call out fee
    • $109 — Regional Service Fee, for travel outside of a 70km radius of Machine Ltd
    • $29 — Workshop Administration Fee (Applied to jobs carried out at the workshop that don't require a call out fee, and covers invoicing, parts sourcing, etc.)
    • $11.90 — Consumables Fee per job

    Standard After-Hours Rates ex. GST: Monday to Friday 6-8am & 6-8pm, and Saturday/Sunday/Public Holidays 8am-6pm

    • $163.50 p/hour on-site, per technician. Minimum charge is half an hour.
    • $163.50 — After-Hours Call-Out & Administration Fee (Covers travel time within a 20km radius of Machine Ltd, invoicing, parts sourcing etc.)

  • At the moment, our wait times for service bookings are:

    1-2 week wait on morning bookings.
    4-6 week wait on afternoon bookings.

    Please note, filling out the form does not book in a job. When you make a service request, we’ll be in touch ASAP to book in a slot with you.

  • Unfortunately, no. Your coffee machine will be off and not operable during a service or repair.

    Services typically take around 2-3 hours.

  • Not a problem — we can come to you for our standard call-out fee.

  • Yes! We most certainly do. Make an enquiry here and we’ll get you good to go again.
