Machine Ltd Competition Terms & Conditions for 'Showroom Sale'

 

1. Sale Period

The Showroom Sale runs from 2 March 2026 to 31 March 2026, unless extended or ended earlier at Machine Ltd’s discretion. All offers are subject to availability and may end without notice once stock is sold.

 

2. Product Condition

Products listed in the Showroom Sale are ex-demo or display models. These machines may show minor cosmetic wear consistent with showroom use.

All machines will receive a service prior to dispatch. Detailed condition reports and additional images are available upon request before purchase.

 

3. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in NZD.

  • Prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

  • Delivery, installation, and any additional services are not included in the listed price.

  • No further discounts, promotions, or bundle offers apply to Showroom Sale items.

 

4. Availability

Stock is strictly limited. All sales are subject to prior sale. Machine Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or amend products and pricing at any time without notice.

 

5. Purchase Process

To purchase a Showroom Sale item, customers must submit an enquiry via the product page, email, or phone. A member of our sales team will confirm availability, condition, and final pricing before issuing an invoice.

Orders are confirmed only once full payment has been received (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

 

6. Warranty

All Showroom Sale machines include a 12-month parts-only warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty:

  • Covers replacement parts only

  • Excludes labour costs

  • Excludes freight or travel costs

  • Does not cover misuse, improper installation, neglect, or unauthorised modifications

Warranty claims must be submitted directly to Machine Ltd.

 

7. Returns & Refunds

Showroom Sale items are sold as clearance stock. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for change of mind.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) where applicable.

 

8. Liability

Machine Ltd’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased product to the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law.
