Machine Ltd is the official Übermilk distributor for New Zealand. We supply, install and service Übermilk automatic milk systems for cafés, and set them up to suit your menu, your milk and your workflow.
About Übermilk
Übermilk is an automatic milk system from Germany that heats and textures milk for latte art at the press of a button, and its maker rates it at up to 250 drinks an hour. It draws milk through a tube from a fridge or milk cooler, and foam consistency, temperature and quantity can be set for each drink. Getting the most from it depends on correct set-up and a strict cleaning routine.
Why service your Übermilk with us?
- Installation and set-up. We install Übermilk units, connect the milk supply and fridge, and dial in texture, temperature and dose for each drink on your menu.
- Software updates. We carry out Übermilk software updates.
- Parts and support. We hold common Übermilk parts in stock in Auckland and work directly with Übermilk for technical support.
- Warranty. Übermilk units supplied by Machine Ltd come with a 12 month warranty from the date of sale.
Common Übermilk problems we fix
- Foam too thin, too thick or inconsistent: usually a cleaning issue, milk that's too warm in the fridge, or settings that need adjusting for your milk.
- Milk temperature off: settings that need recalibrating, or a heating issue.
- Milk not dispensing or dispensing slowly: a blocked, kinked or worn milk tube, or an air leak in the milk line.
- Cleaning cycle errors or reminders: a missed or incomplete clean, or the cleaning system needs checking.
- Working with plant-based milks: oat, almond and soy milks behave differently, and settings often need adjusting for each.
Looking after your Übermilk
Run the cleaning cycle exactly as scheduled. Milk systems need daily cleaning to stay hygienic and keep foam quality consistent. Replace milk tubes when they show wear, and keep your milk fridge cold. Alongside daily cleaning, we recommend a professional service every 24 months.
Service pricing
All prices exclude GST unless stated. Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
- On-site labour: $109 per hour (30 minute minimum)
- Standard call-out: $109 (includes travel within 20 km)
- Emergency call-out: $163.50 – a technician on site within 2 hours, guaranteed
- After hours (weekdays 6–8am and 6–8pm, weekends and public holidays): $163.50 per hour and $163.50 call-out
- Travel beyond 20 km: $1.04 per km
Parts are quoted separately.
Where we service
We cover all of Auckland from our workshop at Unit 8, 101 Diana Drive, Wairau Valley, including the CBD and central suburbs, the North Shore, and West and South Auckland. We also travel to Waikato, Northland, Whangārei and Tauranga, with travel charges.
