The Mahlkönig Sync Scale is the connected espresso scale that closes the loop between your shot and your grinder. It weighs and times every extraction, then sends the shot time via the Mahlkönig Cloud to your Grind-by-Sync grinder – which fine-tunes its burr distance automatically so your recipe stays dialled in, shot after shot.

How it works

Pair the Sync Scale with a Mahlkönig Grind-by-Sync grinder in the Mahlkönig Sync app. The scale times each shot and the grinder uses that time to adjust its grind size, creating an automatic feedback loop – no manual dialling in, whoever is making the coffee. Because the scale does the timing, it works with any espresso machine.
