Izaga Espresso Grinder
Markibar manufactures leading commercial coffee grinders, and for over 30 years have paved the way for innovative, disruptive technologies in the specialty coffee industry. In 1997, Markibar created the first pre-dose solution in the world, and in 2017 they patented the first grind-by-weight technology, built into the Izaga W grinder.
The Izaga grinder is designed for high-volume coffee shops. It has an isolated grinding chamber and smart ventilation for cold grinding, and high precision grinding point control with a bidirectional handle locking system. Baristas can quickly switch between Pre-Ground and On Demand systems, which are displayed in real-time on the graphic display. Using the Pre-Ground system the Izaga delivers an instant dose, saving baristas up to 7 seconds per drink made. The Izaga W packs in the same features as the Izaga, but includes Grind-by-Weight technology to provide consistent and precise coffee doses.
