FAQ
Do I need a new head every time I change the cartridge?
No – the head stays on the line. You only buy replacement cartridges.
Which bypass setting should I use?
For bestmax PREMIUM on soft to medium water (most New Zealand town supplies) use setting 3; on hard water use 2 or 1 as shown in BWT's capacity table. bestprotect and bestmin PREMIUM treat all the water, so set the bypass to 0.
What does the flush valve do?
It lets you vent air and flush a new cartridge before it goes into service, and take water samples.
Can I buy at trade prices?
Yes. Cafés, technicians and resellers can apply for a trade account for wholesale pricing and box-quantity discounts.
