The EK Omnia, Mahlkönig’s new flagship grinder, builds upon the iconic EK43 legacy, introducing groundbreaking features tailored for consistency and efficiency. Designed for coffee aficionados seeking both quality and convenience, the EK Omnia boasts a suite of advancements.

The grinder offers three modes: Classic, Time, and Library, catering to various preferences. Its Library Mode allows users to save favorite grinding recipes, adjusting grind size and dosing automatically. With a blend of manual and automatic adjustments, it ensures the most precise grind sizes.

Equipped with a nearly silent BLDC motor and 98mm cast steel burrs, it delivers efficient, vibration-free grinding. The grinder features a user-friendly display and a magnetic grinds tray for easy cleaning. Additionally, it offers WiFi connectivity for fast updates and diagnostics. The EK Omnia sets a new standard for grinder performance and design, reaffirming Mahlkönig’s reputation as an industry leader.

  • 3 grinding modes:
    Classic Mode: Keep the same routine and stay with the classic.

    Time Mode: Time-based grinding ideal for espresso.

    Library Mode: Save up to 10 recipes, grind size is automatically adjusted, and simply dose the amount of beans according to your grams note.

    Combined manual and automatic grind size adjustment enables fine and ultra-precise micro-adjustments: Individualised and innovative stepless grind size adjustment approach that combines manual, automatic and touch grind size adjustment (GSA) options to cater to any barista preference and ultra-precise micro-adjustments.

    Classic GSA: Use the main knob to set the distance between burrs.

    Touch GSA: Use the touch function to set the distance between burrs.

    Automatic GSA: Automatic adjustment through your stored burr distance in Library Mode.

    A great new accessory: Adjustable Portafilter Holder magnetically attaches to the front to support hands-free portafilter usage for even more convenience when espresso grinding, can be switched with removable front cover and comes equipped on the EK Omnia.
