The La Cimbali Elective AT is a commercial grinder designed to connect with La Cimbali’s advanced coffee machines. The grinder features a 3-phase motor with inverter technology to provide constant grinding, a 4.3” touchscreen display that is easy to use, and a balanced hopper that is easy to refill and clean.
The Elective is also equipped with a smart ventilation system that helps keep the temperature of the coffee beans and ground coffee constant. The grinder comes with an in-built Autotamper that helps guarantee tamping precision.

The Perfect Grind System (PGS) is exclusive to La Cimbali, and delivers constant control over coffee-dispensing parameters. The innovative system ensures consistency through Bluetooth connectivity with your grinder, making dosing and grinding corrections for you.
Barista Drive System (BDS) is an integrated technology that streamlines the barista's workflow by enabling seamless communication between the coffee machine and grinder. BDS intelligently identifies the precise coffee dose required for each recipe and activates the relevant buttons, reducing the potential for errors and automating key tasks.
