Meet Johnny and Chowder — the brothers behind one of our favourite brunch spots, Chur Bae. The Bae brothers are well and truly dedicated to the grind, but that doesn’t stop them getting to know every one of their customers and creating a welcoming space for all.

On their bench is the slick combo of the Mahlkönig E65S and EK43S, with the Puqpress Q2 for that perfect tamp.

You can find the Chur Bae team over at City Works Depot serving up Ozone Coffee brews everyday until 4pm. Get in there and say hey.
